Nissan 350z engine grounding kit and AEM cold air intake ...?

I am looking for a 2003 Nissan 350Z Track Edition with 2700 miles (yes, only 2,700 miles). The car has an after market AEM cold air intake and a ground game engine, these are desirable additions to the car, or something that should worry. The dealer has stock intake, and I've seen a Carfax check the low mileage. The car has an engine * Grounding Kit. (Apparently the wiring copper grounding the engine, according to the distributor.)

air intake of good companies like AEM or Injen (in my Z) add power in particular rpms. hit up his website to see how and where in the RPM band. As a team grounded theory is that points that are more land, less "Interference" is the electrical system and therfore the team works best. Or something like that. Anyway, none of these mods adversely effect the car unless that have been installed incorrectly. grounding kit is easy to uninstall, because they simply disconnect all ground wires that are running to several points in the car (usually they are 4Gauge cables) in the intake uninstall, it will take a couple of hours (alone) or about an hour and a half with the help of a friend and confidence to take out the bumper cover.
